*12  Observed improper hand washing practices and no sink in the kitchen is designated as a hand sink *One sink in the kitchen needs to be designated as a hand sink and a hand sink only. At that sink there should be soap and paper towels. Hands must be washed every time a task is changed ie washing dishes then going to food prep after going to the bathroom after rinsing down tables etc. Handouts were given (750.510 & 1120) Immediate/Onsite
*20  Observed someone to be washing dishes improperly and no sanitizing bucket to be set up. *When dishes are washed they must be washed, rinsed and sanitized in chlorine 100-200ppm for one minute then air dried not towel dried. When food prep or cooking is going on sanitizer buckets shall be set up to wash down tables counters etc. (750.160 & 820) Immediate/Onsite
*45  Observed an insufficient number of certified food handlers to be employed at this facility Provide for a certified food handler to be on the premises at all times that potential hazardous foods are being handled (750.540) Next Inspection
